Hi Russ, we set up reviews before we became part of the Benefact Group but would like to thank you for your score. We are also happy to let you know that we, the previous lot, are still here, all accept the founder Matthew Criddle who has retired. Our new owners have ethics to match ours and want us to grow. One of the first things they are doing is helping us invest in a new IT system so we can hopefully improve the way we deal with customers - including how we address them!

And with your help, we have now donated well over £1 million into our charity, the Naturesave Trust for environmental projects across the UK. Thanks for the feedback, its much appreciated!

Thanks for that, we take our ethical role very seriously as we recognise that the insurance industry has more influence than most when it comes to the climate crisis. Insurers, though their investments and underwriting activities, have such a big influence. As Naturesave grows, with the help of excellent customers such as yourself, we acquire a stronger voice to help us lobby the industry to make more rapid changes - such as refusing to insure all any new fossil fuel project. Dear Katie, please accept our apologies. We would like to assure you that the policy itself is in your name, followed by your partners'. Our IT system, that will shortly be replaced, currently makes it difficult when emailing policies held in joint names. Please be assured, however, that we will make sure we get this right next time, and hopefully then improve our score. We would also like to assure you that as a business run by a woman and with 3/4 of the management positions held by women, we stamp our sexism of any kind, wherever we find it.
