TERRIBLE COMPANY
absolutely awful from start to finish. didn't give us the car we asked for, 'upgraded' us to a van which we then had to pay extra to get on the eurotunnel. asked to have car we booked and were told...

good on-line service - delivery was timeous, collection was well after hours, appreciated the call to me informed regarding collection - yes I would use Nationwide van rental again
