Good morning Thank you for your review. We're sorry you were unable to make your holiday due to a last minute change of plans. As you'll be aware from the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of making the booking, we don't accept last minute cancellations. We do recommend our guests take out travel insurance for such eventualities and we'd be happy to support with any claim you need to make. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
