Straightforward and simple enough. Good description of the property and good selection of images. Response to each action (e.g. confirmation of booking, payment) were quick, accurate and clear.

Easy and efficient booking, which was done 2years in advance of our stay. Good communication from the booking team.

The booking process was easy to follow and didn't take long. Confirmation came through straight away and we received a follow-up email prior to our stay with useful further information.

Very easy to book the cottages on line. I have always found the booking experience very efficient.
