Great holiday property but when help was required NT should do much better!

Booked online very straightforward. On the final day the water to the property failed, reporting the issue to National Trust was very painful!

Was ok but we had to cancel one cottage due to the death of one of the people going.. Girl just said sorry but no refund.. I mean under the circumstances!!

Another great stay with National Trust Holidays.

Booking experience was very good. I initially had a problem with the booking online and spoke to a few different staff members, who were extremely helpful, pleasant and sorted everything out for me.
