Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies for this although we did attempt to collect 4 times and after booking in the collection no one was at the property to meet them. We cannot refund before collection for this reason.
Very good bed but storage is a bit disappointing with the very thin fabric underneath, feels like you store your spare bedding on the floor.

Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you find the bed gives ample storage. The fabric base is fully attached all round and is dust free and is just how this model is produced.
The product quality was not as expected. Delivery was satisfactory.
