Good information and good prices.

I have purchased four cruises through My241 Rewards and have been happy with the service I received as well as the price.

The agent was polite and thorough.

Very helpful in alerting us to expiry of our offer and presenting the cruise options available to us

Very helpful and responsive. My only concern was that a hotel booking confirmed and paid under 241 was supposed to result in a specific confirmation from the hotel and that didn't happen.

It was great being able to actually speak to someone in person. So often you have to do it all by e mail etc and it is so impersonal.

Julius was fast at responding

service was okay but I thought I was working with the 241 which is attached to Worldmark. I would of rather used the correct on.

The customer service people were very good in their knowledge and willingness to assist.
