The service is great except for being a little bit too over enthusiastic at sales,otherwise it is a fantastic opportunity for information & booking travel

Despite several requests, they refused to honour a $100 cash voucher which was part of the package of 241 certificates which I purchased. They used the excuse of an artificial and meaningless time...

The staff were great to communicate with and really researched to find me the right cruises.

Website is easy to use. Good selection of cruises to choose from. Staff always friendly very helpful and prompt service.

I received a timely response to my request and the follow up was also very efficient

Very helpful and very detailed analysis of my planned trip. Was called back a number of times by the consultant to ensure I got what I wanted.

The Service was good. I'm just not sure it's actually cheaper as in 2 4 1 but they could be better cabins than other fares online . Done a few cruises now and have enjoyed everyone of them.
