Our process includes sending digital proofs for your review and approval before production, and the final proof was approved before the order was printed. That said, we acknowledge that there may have been opportunities for clearer communication throughout the process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will use this experience to improve how we communicate with customers during custom projects.
