Called the customer service to get a replacement, but as only part of the order had been shipped, they said they cannot replace it until i got the full order sent. This is silly as the size i wanted...

Staff were so polite and helpful which leads me to believe the company strategy to serve multiple customers at once is flawed and is where mistakes can be made.

Very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of advice and all done with a smile.
It was via click and collect and the store left the alarm tag on the trousers. Therefore, having paid for click and collect I was unable to wear for the function I bought it for. No one was bothered.
