Thank you for your recent feedback,
We apologise for the delay in your delivery and for any inconvenience caused.
The delay was caused due to a `No Can Do` which means that we were unable to provide the size selected for one of the hire garments. This in turn caused a delay whilst we tried to contact you to agree another size.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, this will be used to improve our services going forward.
