I emailed them about the damage on the tray but I didn’t get any response at all. I took pictures and sent it. I’m still waiting until now.

I would recommend since it is a good product. Its just that we rcvd it with a dent on the top corner. It made it a bit hard to assemble. We were thinking of returning it but my baby is gonna come out...
