Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the issues you experienced with the MIST online course over the weekend. We can see from our records that you were using our chat service, however as the automated reply explains, this isn’t active over the weekend. Our support team operate 7 days a week between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. During the weekend, our support phone number (+44 (0) 8432 247840) switches to a voicemail service after providing the caller with our support email address: support@mintra.com. This email address is monitored from 8 am till 10 pm at the weekends by our support technicians. Again, please accept our apologies and we are pleased these issues have now been resolved for you and your MIST certificate recorded in our system.

I will recommend MINTRA. I should use there services again in the near future. Good organized, easy to use.
