The online course is well established and familiar. It's reasonably well laid out. The best bit is the pre assessment so only sections not passed are reviewed. For some the cost might be a little...

Mintra.com calculates the appropriate tax rate depending on the billing country during the checkout process which is required under the VAT MOSS scheme. Once you have created an account and are logged in, the site will show you the price including VAT for any future purchases.
