The course was laid out in a good way. You could do the short refresher and the attempt the questions any wrong answers then you had to repeat that section of the course. The payment before starting...

The MIST Online course has an optional pre-assessment at the start of the course that tests existing knowledge and structures the course with only the required learning content. Incorrect answers will regenerate the related content again and an alternative question until all questions are correct and the 100% pass mark is reached. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your payment and glad to hear that our support staff were able to help you.
