Minnow Designs 評論

Hi Kelsey, I'm so sorry this has been your experience with Minnow. I've just received your email this morning and got straight back to you to explain that it looks like your order was accidentally short shipped but not marked as such on our system. We absolutely get in touch with all customers when an issue arises with their order but in this case it was an oversight that we weren't aware of. Once you get back to me with the missing pairs I'll get them out express post and fingers crossed still get them to you in time! I understand how frustrating this is especially at this time of year and will do my best to get it sorted for you. Our warehouse staff have been super busy packing orders and unfortunately occasionally these mistakes happen. Also sorry about the sale item going out of stock, it was so popular and selling so quickly our inventory system didn't have time to update, we processed immediate refunds for anyone that was affected. I appreciate this has taken time out of your day to look into this and chase your order and again I'm really sorry. Lorraine
