MINI Insured Warranty 評論

Very clear information and did not push for immediate answer and rang me back as agreed.

It took several attempts but when I finally spoke to someone the whole process was very quick and quick.

Good easy purchase system online

Excellent service over the years. No problem in arranging cover renewal each year. Pleasure to deal with every time.

The purchase was undertaken online. It was simple and painless. I had recently suffered a catastrophic suspension failure and appreciated the value of the expiring warranty

Easy and smooth. Knowledgeable operative who explained content thoroughly

Friendly helpful speedy communication

Long wait to get to speak to someone at Mini Warrenty unless you phoned at 8am. Once connected staff were very helpful. Mini Warrenty website not good - tried to get quote for Mini Assistance...

Simple and straightforward to renew.
