I have brought mini warranty over the years and it is very worthwhile buying. It gives you peace of mind.

The website is very clear, it is easy to obtain a quote and then to accept it.

I could not renew online as there was a problem however I got straight through in the phone and it was the most simple process dealt with by an experienced operative who was friendly and polite

Straightforward process. Failure to detail cover restrictions without deep search. I have not yet received the policy document (11 days following purchase despite opting for printed version).

I purchased the warranty online. This was very easy to do and all the necessary information was available.

Good service package offering essential support and ease of mind. Good value for money. Clearly set out T&Cs and timely reminder of renewal.
