I was treated very well. All the details and requirements were spelt out with care. All questions were answered professionally. Nothing was rushed and I felt looked after.

Very helpful advisor

Initial call promised a call back by end of day but I couldn't risk waiting until after 430 pm so called and second adviser was excellent

Explained everything so I understood what I was purchasing and what the two options were

Good knowledgeable customer service representative.

Quick easy and efficient.

The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I think his name was Kurt or something like that.
