Mendelssohn went out of their way to phone me and advise of a potential delay to supplies from the manufacturer. In the end the delay was only a few days and the product works perfectly.
Product looked good but prone to oscillation when turned on. Not usable.
Returned for credit which is taking a bit of chasing. Only bought from Mendleson as they have a good reputation for fixing...
