Great product(GPS clamp connector) let down by zero sevice from Mendelssohn.
They were unable even to supply drawing of connector to facillitate assembly.
Please look at RS and Farnell websites where...

You called us - spoke to one of our engineers. You told him you had a TNC connector but you could not tell him the manufacturer of the part as there are several manufacturers. However he did explain to you how to assemble it. You told him you knew how to assemble BNC connectors and was told that it was assembled the same way as the BNC connector. We ALWAYS respond to customers requests for drawings etc but if you can't provide us with sufficient information, then we are unable to provide the appropriate drawings. So saying we give "zero service" is VERY VERY unfair.
