Thank you for taking the time to share you thoughts about our website and your ordering experience.

We are in the process of improving the design and function of our website. For example, we just rolled-out a new design for our mobile users (phone and tablet) because 70% of our visitors are mobile. Also, we do have improvements to make on our product search. Since we launched our website in 2016 you are able to search by MFG product number by typing in the number into the search bar - try typing in 10512 (the product you ordered) next time you are on the website and it will bring you right to that product. Sorry, I remembered i order the Feb.13 at Sunday night. And then I checked the order date again. It’s at the Monday night or the Tuesday morning. It delivered on time as we say the order places at the Tuesday morning 2am. But the shipping method still the ups grand. I don’t think the grand shipping is the most fast shipping method, but i paid the most fast shipping fee. And the delivery history showed twice time out of delivery, but the front desk of my building works 24 hours / 7 days. The out of delivery never happened before. Because i need it very emergency, and worried about if there’s a problem with the delivery, then i called the customer service of medical monster to ask if they can help me to contact the ups when i saw the second time of the out of delivery. But the customer service lady is unfriendly, and only repead the package will delivery at the day. Which also made me very uncomfortable.
