Thank you for your feedback!  We are working hard to best communicate back-order situations like the one you encountered.  We should've been proactive and reached out to you and let you know what was happening.  In your case on this order, you selected 7-10 Economy Shipping and in that case we usually try to ship complete your order if we can get it to you within the 7-10 window.  In the future, don't hesitate to call us and request we "split-ship" the order if you see anything on the order that says  "Generally not in stock. Allow us 4-7 business days to receive before shipping. Call for more details".  Thank you again for your feedback : )
