Wow, you are right! After processing your order here at Medical Monks the package left our facility the eve of 3/5 and is due to arrive to your location today (3/15). Clearly unacceptable performance by UPS considering we sent your package using a service level that is expected to get it there in 2 days! We will be in touch with you to follow-up on this - thank you for pointing this out!

Thank you for your feedback. Checking into your order and looks like from the time you placed the order (WED FEB 28) until when you received it (TUE MAR 6) was 6 days . . . it usually would get there quicker if not for the weekend where it looks like the package sat in the UPS delivery center for a couple days before making it out to you. I do see you chose the ECONOMY shipping method which is 7-10 shipping and so we at least did hit that commitment level.
