Good service and communication

Easy to order online, delivery quick

Cost of return is far to high - why should we be charged more than the original delivery - Admin fee!!!!!

Ordering was very straight forward , delivery was prompt and on time

Easy to order , website easy to navigate andkept up to date of delivery and arrived as expected

Received in three days well within stated time of 3to5 working days

Unhappy about return costs

Quality not great, returns now very expensive so sadly won't be buying from M and Co again, which is a shame as I used to really like their clothes.
