Dress damaged and had to pay £5 to return.
Charged for delivery and return as item was damaged I lost money and had no dress!

Not exactly as described.....
Swift delivery,well packed, no problems,except courier did not deliver to my front door,merely to the downstairs entrance hall of our block of flats,not helpful,and potentially not that secure either.
