We appreciate your feedback regarding the admin fees for mid-term policy changes and will certainly take your comments onboard. Like many industries, we are experiencing cost increases, which we carefully monitor to avoid passing on too much. While we have raise admin fees in some areas, we’ve also introduced a cap within our terms of business to ensure fees won’t exceed a set limit within a 12-month period. We believe this is a fair approach to prevent fees from becoming unlimited.
