Excellent service

Very pleasant staff and airline crew, they were all most helpful as my wife was in a wheelchair and received excellent help both at arrival in IOM and at departure.

Very painless operation. Few clocks and I was flying

Friendly staff and comfortable flight.

It was OK, my main objection was the expensive price.

Very good service. They were very busy when I called but didn't rush me and attended very well to all my requirements. Nice to speak to a person and not deal with a computer

Booking via the Internet was straight forward

Very easy website to use.

great

Very happy with the way my booking was dealt with. I prefer dealing with people than on line, where you can get a feel for how customers will be dealt with during their journey.
