Hi Lesley, thanks for letting us know about this. Sometimes a new quote can appear cheaper than an existing quote because the details entered are not exactly the same. These details include the driver(s), the car make and model, your address, what you use your car for, the amount of voluntary excess you select and more. However, if all the details you've entered are exactly the same, and you're still getting a different quote, then please email us at LVGICares@lv.co.uk and we'll look into it for you. ^Joe

On the basis that your renewals department showed no interest or concern, I simple did not renew my editing policy and took out the on line offer with LV. It saved me over £300. Not insignificant.
It's important people reading these reviews check on line before they renew directly with LV.
