We are sorry to read that, while there were several positive aspects to your experience, the trip did not consistently meet the standards you expected. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed travelling as part of a small group and appreciated the Coach Driver, local guides, cooking class, home pick up and airport transfers. Your comments regarding the local guides, particularly in Ottawa and Quebec City, are also appreciated, as is your recognition of the well organised transportation. We are sorry to read about your experience with the Travel Concierge. We understand how important, personalised service, attentiveness and support are to the Luxury Gold experience, and we regret that you felt the level of engagement and assistance provided did not meet your expectations. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the communication about contacting the Travel Concierge during the night, as well as the lack of bottled water on the coach. Your detailed observations regarding the accommodation, including the room sizes and facilities in Quebec City, Montreal and Ottawa, are appreciated. We also take note of your comments regarding the breakfast in Toronto, the dining experience and the wine selections. We understand that these elements contribute significantly to the overall experience, particularly when travelling with Luxury Gold. We are also sorry to read that some of the curated experiences did not meet your expectations. While it is encouraging to know that the cooking class was a highlight, we acknowledge your disappointment with the indigenous farm visit and your concerns that the time allocated to the Montreal experience was not sufficient to cover the city's main attractions. Your decision to extend your stay independently provided you with the opportunity to visit several attractions that you felt were missing from the organised itinerary.
