Luxury Gold 評論

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that some of the activities arranged felt as though they were included simply to fill time, rather than adding meaningful value to your journey. We appreciate how important it is for each element of an itinerary to feel purposeful and worthwhile. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the content and balance of the activities included in the tour may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such enthusiastic and detailed feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour spectacular from start to finish, and that the care shown by your Travel Director and Coach Driver left you feeling like a truly valued guest. We are also pleased that the time allowed in each city was well judged, that the Local Experts made each visit so informative and enjoyable, and that the commentary provided on the coach offered such a rich introduction to the region, its history and its culture. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the after-hours museum visit, which allowed you to appreciate it without the usual crowds, and that you found the lunches and dinners so good. It is particularly pleasing to learn that the balance between group activities and independent time suited you, and that the Local Guides were so knowledgeable. We are also grateful for your kind comments about your travel concierge, whose care helped to make the trip smooth, interesting and enjoyable, and we shall be happy to pass on your thanks. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you found the hotels excellent and the programme great overall, and that you enjoyed the rest of the itinerary and the majority of the Local Guides. We were sorry to learn that the Cante Alentejano performance in Serpa and the winery visit were less rewarding for you, and that the time spent at them prolonged the journey between cities. Your suggestion that an earlier arrival at each destination would allow more time to relax or explore independently is a constructive one, and we appreciate your explaining so clearly why these stops did not offer the cultural value you had hoped for. We also regret that your experience with the guide in Barcelona did not match that of the other guides. We have shared your comments with our Product Development Department so that the choice and duration of these visits may be considered when the itinerary is next reviewed. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.
