Our Reservations Department strive to assist our guests as best as possible; however, should they not be able to provide some information may seek an alternative solution. Yet, we regret to learn about the wait time for your flight details and that you were unsatisfied with the provided service on this occasion. The Luxurious Hawaiian Escape trip takes our guests to some of the most beautiful locations across the archipelago and so we are delighted to learn that you had fantastic time exploring all of the islands.
