Thank you for leaving us with your concerns about the itinerary which have been passed on to our Operations Team for their reflection. However, we do truly regret to learn that these aspects of your experience detracted from your trip, yet, we sincerely hope that you were still able to create some long-lasting memories that you can look back on fondly.

The Essence of India with Ranthambore itinerary has been carefully made to showcase some of the country's richest heritage and culture, whilst our Travelling Concerige guides you comfortably along the way. While we try our best to make our guests' journeys as comfortable as possible; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all special meal requests will be accommodated for. Nonetheless, we are certainly disappointed that not all of your dietary requirements were met in all destinations on this occasion and we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control Department to ensure that the level of meals being provided during the trip are still up to our high standards. In addition, we would like to thank you for your suggestion and we certainly hope that you have still left with some memorable moments from your time in India.

Our Elegance of the Nile itinerary has been crafted to share with our guests some of the history and wonders of Egypt in a snapshot of time. At Insight Vacations, we treat matters like this with the utmost seriousness and therefore, these comments have been brought to the attention of our Quality Control Team for their inquiry; and to ensure that our guests continue to be able to explore freely during their journey. We would like to assure you that when journeying with Insight Vacations, our guests’ well-being is our number one priority. Albeit, at times our itineraries may include walking over cobblestone stones and uneven pavements, however, if this is a concern our guests may bring this to the attention of their Travelling Concierge and we always kindly advise that our guests only participate in activities that they feel able to. Furthermore, while this itinerary does involve different methods of travel, our start times are always to ensure that our guests can make the most out their time exploring each location.
