Our Travelling Concierges work passionately so that you can look forward to travelling with ease and that is why it pleases us greatly to learn that you were impressed with the service we provided. Furthermore, triple rooms will often feature one foldaway bed plus one double, therefore, three adults may find this space slightly restricted and these rooms are generally more suited for two adults and a child. However, we are truly sorry if you experienced any discomfort at the hotels selected, and we will ensure with the hotels that the rooms are to the standard that we expect.
