excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. The bus tour and the hotels were excellent.
We even enjoyed the Prestige class on...

The trip itself was
Great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. However we were told that it was a 25 person tour and it turned out to be forty. We were very unhappy with that misrepresentation.

On specific dates, which are listed in our itineraries, we run small special group departures, that are limited to just 24 guests. However, we are sorry to learn of any miscommunication that could have occurred. Nonetheless, we remain extremely pleased to learn that you thoroughly enjoyed your time on the Ultimate Italy trip.

The Trans-Canadian Grandeur itinerary is an iconic trip that takes our guests to explore across the full breadth of the country and take in all of the remarkable landscapes along the way. However, having received your feedback, we truly regret to learn about your disappointment with the quality of the train compartments and we are sorry to learn that delays heavily affected your journey. Driver was excellent. Our guide did not seem to know much about the areas we were visiting and as we were joining an ongoing tour the few of us that joined later were always grouped aside.

Journeying across these three states to take in many iconic locations in a snapshot of time does mean time spent on the roads and the main highways are the fastest way to ensure that our passengers can take in all of the exciting attractions. Our guide seemed a little disorganized and not as knowledgeable as she should have been on the areas of South we covered. Some of the included meals were very poor.
