Thank you very much for such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that your Travel Concierges and Coach Driver made such a positive impression throughout, and that the overall experience was one you would readily repeat. We note your comments regarding the level of service and interpersonal approach at some of the accommodation venues, particularly given their rating, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your suggestion regarding smaller-scale, family-oriented travel packages focused on a single city at a time is an interesting one, and we will certainly take this on board as we consider ways to develop our offerings. We also note that two days in Edinburgh felt insufficient, particularly during peak season, and this is helpful to know for future itinerary planning. Thank you once again for sharing such considered feedback from your first group travel experience, and we hope to welcome you back for a longer stay in Edinburgh in future.

Thank you for this considered feedback on your Luxury Gold experience; we are pleased that the standard of service met with such approval throughout, from the spaciousness of the coach and the seamless handling of luggage to the quality of the lodging, food, and Optional Excursions, and it is particularly encouraging to note that your Travel Concierge's historical knowledge and storytelling made such a strong impression, reflecting the calibre of guiding we aim to provide. Your suggestion regarding additional time in Edinburgh is well noted, and we agree that the city's history and character merit further exploration; this will be considered as part of our ongoing review of the itinerary. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
