Lovecrafts deliver quickly. Though I do not like getting emails telling me of a site wide bonanza or sale or discount and then find most things are out of stock. I always feel cheated.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when an item you’re hoping to purchase is showing as out of stock, especially after receiving a promotional email. Stock levels can sometimes change very quickly during site-wide promotions due to high demand, which can unfortunately result in items selling out faster than expected.
That said, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and your comments will be passed on to the relevant team for review.
If there is anything specific you’re looking for, we’d be more than happy to help check availability or suggest alternatives.
Best wishes,
Julie and the LoveCrafts Team

Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced discomfort while working with it. The inclusion of wool nepp can sometimes give the yarn a slightly more textured feel compared to smoother yarns. We do also appreciate that sensitivity can vary from person to person. That said, we’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with how the finished fabric is working up and that you’re achieving an even, neat result.
If you would like to return any unused yarn, you’re very welcome to do so in line with our returns policy.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback to share.
Best wishes,
Julie and the LoveCrafts Team

We’re glad to hear you were happy with the tension, but we understand it may not be the right yarn for you personally. If you would like to return any unused yarn, you’re very welcome to do so in line with our returns policy.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Best wishes,
