Regarding yarn size, you can filter yarn by weight using the filters on the website to better match your search. The yarn weight is also listed under the product name, and you’ll find more detailed information in the product details section on each product page.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear about your experience with the yarn. We understand how inconvenient it must have been that the yarn didn’t work up as expected for your pattern.
While knots can occasionally occur during the manufacturing process, up to three knots per skein is generally considered acceptable within the industry. If you come across more than this, or notice large sections where the dye hasn’t taken properly, please do get in touch with us and include photos so we can investigate further.
