I love the speed of delivery and range of goods available. Free patterns and patterns to buy all add to the experience. Only downer is the plastic packaging. Couldn't cardboard boxes be used?
Ordered a pattern for a jumper and the wool recommended for it. Once it arrived, i didn’t Like the Main colour and had to send it back. The Return was straight forward and refund advised within a...
Quick delivery which was a surprise as previously this was not the case

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your King Cole Bamboo Cotton DK, especially as it resulted in having to discard portions of the yarn. I understand how frustrating and disappointing that can be.
While cotton and bamboo yarns can be more prone to splitting during use—due to the plies not gripping together in the same way as wool or other fibers—we would not expect to see unraveled sections in the yarn.
If you have photos of the issues you encountered, please feel free to send them to me at info@lovecrafts.com. I’d be happy to review them and work with you to get this resolved.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,
Brianna and the LoveCrafts Team
