Did not wish to use a 3rd Party as I usually book direct. Charged a Booking Fee and also not given an option of undercover.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to post a review.
Our homepage states we are a price comparison website and booking agent. We are sorry if you did not view this prior to making the booking however we feel this is clearly advised on our website and in the terms and conditions.
The booking fee is shown on the booking summary prior to making payment and the list of available car park for your dates are shown once the search has been made.
We therefore do not have any control over the availability of the car parking services that are shown on our price comparison website, they are provided by the car parking companies directly
Kind regards,
The SkyParkSecure.com Team
