Unfortunately the website I booked through were totally usless, no contact details and 72 hrs to reply to a query, would not use them again but would use car park

The auto response to the contact form does advise a response may take up to 72 hours and for any urgent matters we can be contacted via live chat.
I can view the contact form was sent on 07/09 at 14:45 and we responded to you on 08/09 at 9:53.
