Just one gripe. You can’t edit anything. I accidentally clicked complete before I’d put in all the information, eg type of car, colour, etc. Impossible to edit. Very frustrating.

Once a booking has been processed there is a members area on our website where customers can log in using their email address and booking reference to view/make changes to the bookings.
