Dear Gary, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I can view we were contacted with a refund requested as you booked a meet and greet service however, the car park did not collect your vehicle. However, upon further investigation you had confirmed you did not follow the procedures on your booking confirmation. You were required to call the car park prior to your arrival and they would dispatch a driver to meet you at the terminal. Whilst we are sorry you were charged on exiting the car park the procedures were not followed and had the car park been called prior to arrival, as instructed on the booking confirmation, they would have met you at the terminal and taken your vehicle to their compound.
