Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review
Prior to the booking being made the website advised on the car park summary, Entry and exit fees ARE NOT included in the price and under more information advised Heathrow Airport access charges are £8 on arrival and £8 on return (£16 total). To make your drop-off quicker, please bring £16 cash on departure and give it to your driver to cover Heathrow Short Stay entry and exit fees.
Whilst we are sorry if the details were not viewed the information was available to view on the website prior to the car park being selected and the booking being made. We advise all customers to view all the available information prior to making a booking.
Kind regards,
The Looking4.com Team
