Very easy ordering online and prompt delivery

Item arrived promptly and customer services were friendly- although I was still charged to return a faulty item.

Not impressed with the online shopping, much better when there were actual shops as the sizes vary so much and the photos don`t always show an accurate picture of the clothes.

Very poor charging postage twice on a faulty item

delivery details are very good and overall service good
