Prompt dispatch with follow up when I was not in for the courier delivery . Only criticism is that the delivery charges ( which were reasonable) were introduced late in the booking process

Thanks for your feedback. There was no problem with the delivery service as far as we can see. The order was placed over the weekend, despatched on Monday and delivery attempted on Tuesday. Most people would say that was pretty good. We use a courier service for most deliveries as we find it to be more traceable, reliable and cost effective than the Royal Mail service. We also allow customers to deliver the product to an alternate address, for example a work address, where you know someone will be available to receive the parcel. Best regards, Lomo Watersport
