Thanks for your feedback. We agree, giving a poor feedback here IS a bit unfair! LOL. There are 3 documents available for download from our website on how to use the product if you are unsure. The mixture settings are pretty simple. If you want to mix the whole tin use the whole bottle of hardener, if you want to mix half the tin use half the bottle of hardener and so on.
