Many thanks for your recent feedback. We take all our customers comments on board as we are always striving to give the best service possible! We always advise our tenants of the findings in the engineer reports and we apologise this was missed on this occasion. We will ensure this does not happen again moving forward. The engineer has already been booked to attend to the remedial works which will be well within the 28 day threshold as per the recent regulations.
