Dear Louise, I am sorry that we had handled the situation poorly when it was first reported to us. We had been made aware, only moments earlier, of the error with the printing, but did not convey this in a clear manner, we certainly would not have sent out the goods, should have known it had any errors. We have learnt from this situation, and whilst we hope nothing like this will occur again, we would offer to replace it free of charge or discount the item, should it occur.

The object locator is one of our best-selling products, however, based on feedback from customers like yourself, we are working to find alternatives, with louder alarms so that we can have a range of option, with varying volume settings.
