Lily's Kitchen 評論

Hi John, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear this has been your experience with our Dental Chews. Our approach to pricing has always been to keep our costs and sale prices as fair and competitive as possible, without compromising on product quality. We understand that value for money is incredibly important, especially given the rising cost of living, and we regularly run promotions and special offers to help make our recipes more accessible. We can see that a 30% discount was applied to your order, and we hope this helped offer a little extra value. Please be assured that we listen closely to customer feedback and, as a result, have recently reduced the price of our Dental Chews. We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us, and we'll be sure to pass your comments on to the relevant team. If you'd like to discuss this further, please do get in touch with us at hello@lilyskitchen.co.uk and we'd be more than happy to help.
